We started in 2015 with the establishment of the non-audit firm Nizam & Co. under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). In 2021, our journey continued under Abrar Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. (202101003019) which was established under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
As our networks are being expanded, in 2024 we continue to incorporate Abrar Secretarial Sdn. Bhd. (202401009988) and Abrar Accounting Sdn. Bhd. (202401019530), in order to strenghten our quality of services to our beloved clients.

Ahmad Nizam Samsudin [CA (M), ASEAN CPA]
Director
Ahmad Nizam Samsudin is the director of Abrar Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. since 2021 and previously the founder of Nizam & Co. in 2015. He obtained the Bachelor of Accounting from University of Malaya (UM) in 2008.
He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as a Chartered Accountant and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).
He is the former president of Malaysian Association of Muslim Finance Professional (MFP), a member of Muslim Business Network Association of Malaysia (MUBIN) and a member of Kuala Lumpur Malay Chamber of Commerce (KLMCC). He also has experience as a treasurer and auditor in organizations under the Registrar of Societies of Malaysia (ROS).
Sarah Zulaikha Abdullah
Company Secretary
Sarah Zulaikha Abdullah is the Company Secretary of Abrar Secretarial Sdn. Bhd. since 2024 and has experience in Corporate Secretarial since 2017. She obtained the Bachelor of Corporate Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in 2017.
She is a member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) and a Licensed Secretary under Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).
Mohd Amir Kamaruddin [CA (M)]
Director
Mohd Amir Kamaruddin is the director of Abrar Accounting Sdn. Bhd. since 2024 and has 8 years of experience in external auditing. He obtained the Bachelor of Accounting from Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM) in 2010.
He is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as a Chartered Accountant.
